Returns or replacements are accepted only under the following conditions:

• Damaged product received
• Wrong product delivered
• Expired, leaked, or defective product received

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear images or videos as proof.

Due to hygiene and personal care standards, opened or used products are not eligible for return or refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
